Svelate oggi le nomination dei settantatreesimi Golden Globes: Carol fa incetta di candidature
Sono state Angela Bassett, Chloe Moretz, America Ferrera e Dennis Quaid ad annunciare le nomination dei prossimi Golden Globes: a condurre la serata in programma il 10 gennaio sarà ancora una volta Ricky Gervais.
Il film The Revenant, che vede come protagonista Leonardo Di Caprio, ha ricevuto due candidature, come miglior film e per l'interpretazione di Di Caprio. A sfidare The Revenant ci sono Mad Max: Fury Road, Carol, Room e Spotlight. Tra le donne in lizza le due attrici di Carol, insieme a Alicia Vikander, Saoirse Ronan e Brie Larson. Spazio anche alle categorie televisive: Veep, Orange is the New Black, American Crime e Mr. Robot. Maggior numero di nomination quelle di Carol.
