Ecco chi ha trionfato nell'ultima edizione della serata che premia film ma anche serie e programmi tv
I premi del cinema hanno seguito i gusti del pubblico, che aveva premiato al botteghino La Bella e la Bestia: il film con Emma Watson e Dan Stevens trionfa agli Mtv Movie & Tv Awards 2017, battendo come pellicola dell'anno anche Logan e Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, e l'attrice protagonista sbaraglia la concorrenza aggiudicandosi il premio per il miglior attore. Anche l'ultimo film con Wolverine, Logan, porta a casa un premio per il miglior duo (Hugh Jackman e Dafne Keen), mentre la miglior serie dell'anno è Stranger Things. Il miglior cattivo, nella lista mista che comprendeva sia film che serie tv, è il Negan di The Walking Dead, il personaggio interpretato da Jeffrey Dean Morgan e protagonista dell'ultima parte dell'annata televisiva in corso.
