Dopo l'enorme successo ai botteghini di tutto il mondo, Avengers: Endgame ha iniziato riscuotere grandi consensi anche nelle più importanti rassegne cinematografiche. Lo dimostra il fatto che alla 45^ edizione dei People's Choice Awards 2019, che si sono tenuti a Santa Monica, in California, sia stato eletto come Miglior Film, battendo tra l'altro altre due pellicole del Marvel Cinematic Universe come Captain Marvel e Spider-Man: Far From Home. Avengers: Endgame, oltre al premio per il Miglior Film, si è aggiudicato anche quello per il Miglior Film d'Azione del 2019.
