È morto, a 62 anni, Bill Nunn, l'attore che tutti ricorderanno per i suoi ruoli in alcuni dei film di Spike Lee, come Fa' la cosa giusta e Mo' Better Blues. Ed è stato proprio l'amico Spike Lee a darne per primo la notizia attraverso un post pubblicato su Instagram: L'attore che tutti conoscete come Radio Raheem si è spento questa mattina nella sua Pittsburgh. Bill Nunn era da tempo malato di tumore, come ha confermato sua moglie Donna alla Associated Press.
Nel 1992, Nunn ha interpretato anche il famoso detective Eddie Souther al fianco di Whoopi Goldberg in Sister Act; ed è poi apparso nella trilogia di Spider-Man di Sam Raimi come Joseph “Robbie” Robertson della redazione del giornale The Daily Bugle. Inoltre, è apparso in Runaway Jury, Bulletproof, Extreme Measures e in una serie di ruoli televisivi.
