Domenica 12 maggio a Londra si terrà la cerimonia di consegna dei BAFTA Television Awards 2019, i prestigioni riconoscimenti dati ai protagonisti della televisione britannica. Tra i premi più ambiti ci sono quelli riguardanti le serie TV e, tra questi da segnalare il duello tra Bodyguard e Killing Eve (due show che stanno riscuotendo molto successo anche in Italia) per il premio alla Miglior serie drama. Tra gli attori in lizza per un premio spiccano Benedict Cumberbatch e Hugh Grant per quello al Miglior attore protagonista, Sandra Oh per quello alla miglior attrice protagonista.
